Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LeaderEvents, a product of LeaderHQ, a division of Know Freedom Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using LeaderEvents, you agree to these Terms and to the LeaderHQ Privacy Policy.

LeaderEvents provides event planning, invitations, registration, QR check-in, live event coordination, and follow-up tooling inside LeaderHQ. Capabilities labeled as early access, coming next, or on the roadmap are provided as-available and may change before general availability.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LeaderHQ account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Staff and volunteer accounts you authorize for check-in act on your organization’s behalf; grant access thoughtfully and remove it when it’s no longer needed.

You retain ownership of the content you add — events, guest lists, registration questions, notes, and files. You grant us the license needed to operate the service (store, process, transmit, and display that content to the people you direct it to).

You are responsible for your guest data: for having a lawful basis to invite and register the people on your lists, for the accuracy of what you collect, and for honoring your guests’ requests about their own information.

• No unlawful events, content, or communications.
• No spam — invitations and reminders go to people with a genuine connection to you or your event.
• No attempts to forge, duplicate, or circumvent QR credentials or access controls.
• No interfering with the service’s operation or other customers’ data.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

Early-access features are provided to help us build the right product. They may be modified or withdrawn, and availability labels on our marketing pages describe intent, not a contractual commitment to ship on a schedule.

LeaderEvents is currently offered through an early-access program. If and when paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged.

LeaderEvents is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You remain responsible for the safe operation of your events, including admission decisions made at the door.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using LeaderEvents at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
