Security & privacy.
A guest list is a trust you keep. Here’s how LeaderEvents is designed to keep it.
Signed QR credentials
Attendee credentials are unique per guest and cryptographically signed, so a forwarded screenshot can’t impersonate a different registration. Scans validate against the event’s live guest list — not a static file on a device.
Role-based access
Hosts, staff, and check-in volunteers each get the access their job needs — a volunteer scanning at a door doesn’t see your full relationship data. Admin actions flow through LeaderHQ’s shared authentication service.
Your guest data stays yours
LeaderEvents is not a marketplace. Guest lists, attendance history, and relationship records belong to your organization’s workspace — never resold, never used to advertise other people’s events to your guests.
Accountable check-in history
Check-ins and access decisions are recorded — who was scanned, when, and at which entrance — so questions after the event have answers instead of shrugs.
One suite, one login
LeaderEvents uses LeaderHQ’s single sign-on. One account, one session, and security work (password hashing, OTP verification, OAuth) maintained centrally rather than re-implemented per product.
GDPR-conscious by design
Registration captures only what you ask for, guests can request their data or its deletion through your organization, and communication preferences carry into LeaderSend. Data-processing details are available on request as early access expands.
